Tenant Fit-out Coordination, Murdoch Square
Provided on site coordination of multiple contractors across three buildings, transitioning from a Multiplex site through tenant fit-out and into an operational precinct. The property includes medical offices, F&B venues and a Marriott hotel. Murdoch Square was developed by Hesperia, and designed by Hassell.
Public Spaces & Sky Gaming, Crown Resorts Sydney
This iconic tower by Wilkinson Eyre Architects opened as scheduled in December 2020 despite Covid-19 complications. Client side project management of all activities coordinating designers, consultants, Lend Lease, and Crown operations for the public spaces including restaurants, bars, casino, pools, ballroom, spa, retail and staff facilities.
Crown Towers Perth
The gold standard of luxury hotels in Perth, Crown Towers opened in December 2016 after 30 months of construction, architecture by YWS, building by Multiplex. Client side project management of structure, facade and interior spaces comprising ballrooms, lobby, bars, restaurants, gaming salons and spa.
Podium Facade, Crown Resorts Sydney
Design and construction of this complicated facade coordinated sloped glazing, aluminium paneling,
various shading systems, and unique marble clad extrusions to form a veil around the building as described by architect Chris Wilkinson.
Promenade Hotel Room Remodel, Crown Perth
290 rooms required a refresh and remodel with a minimum of downtime to hotel operations. With detailed program management the rooms and corridors were transformed and handed back progressively over just 18 weeks, minimising impact to the business.

Bringing together a combination of complex geometry requiring detailed 3D modelling, 396 individual custom light blades, DMX control and design of unique audio and video content to enable various shows to play for seasonal events and different times of the day.
Spa, Crown Resort Sydney
The interior design vision for a translucent prismatic resin wall created a unique challenge to manage. This was resolved working with a surf board craftsman using custom fabrication techniques to achieve the light transmission required.

Design and construction of a boardwalk and water taxi pontoon for the Barangaroo Development Authority, capable of mooring luxury yachts, in the busy Darling Harbour with Sydney Ferries passing close by.
